This person will serve as a technical resource in a wide range of water engineering-related topics, applying sound engineering principles, strong relationship-building skills, and excellent communication to support GWC's technical services work. In this role, they will deliver technical support and training and lead technical services projects end to end, managing scope, schedule, and budget across a portfolio of concurrent engagements.\nThe TS Program Manager will be a versatile engineer who is equally comfortable providing hands-on technical support and building genuine relationships with partner organizations, and who can identify opportunities that support GWC's growth while delivering high-quality technical work.\nGWC’s work environment is fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative. Candidates should be comfortable working in an early-stage environment, balancing the need for flexibility, structure, and procedure.\nThis position is remote (US- or Canada-based) or hybrid (optional office space available if located in CHS, SC). Travel is a part of this role with approximately four to six international trips of one or two weeks each per year and approximately two domestic (US-based) trips of one week each anticipated per year.\nGWC was founded on Biblical principles; its core values are love, excellence, and integrity. This is expected to be modeled in every interaction and relationship.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nProject management, technical support, and mentorship:\nProvide technical support services and mentoring to GWC water sector partners (including NGOs, governments and utilities) related to designing, maintaining, and monitoring water systems, including Solar Powered Water Systems (SPWS).\nWhere required, draw on specialized expertise in areas such as utility performance, asset management, non-revenue water management, energy optimization, electromechanical design, remote monitoring, water quality, volumetric water benefit accounting (VWBA) and water resource management, as needed by individual partners.\nProvide technical evaluations and assistance in the design, implementation, and review, design analysis, and third-party site visits.\nLead end-to-end delivery of assigned technical services projects, including developing across multiple countries and time zones to keep work on scope, schedule, and budget.\nIdentify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, and provide regular status reporting to the Director of TS.\nDevelop and maintain project monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks and support impact measurement for technical services in collaboration with the Director of TS.\nLearning support:\nDeliver GWC online courses and in-person training in various cultural contexts and geographic locations as needed.\nPartnerships and business development:\nBuild, maintain, and expand strong relationships with GWC partners and organizations receiving training and technical support.\nActively identify and pursue opportunities that support the growth and scale of GWC's learning and technical services work.\nGeneral responsibilities:\nWork within cross-cultural environments with humility, with an intentional focus on overcoming barriers.\nWork simultaneously on multiple projects, ensuring work is completed with excellence within an agreed-upon scope, schedule, and budget.\nRepresent GWC to external audiences, including subject matter experts, partner organizations, and capacity-building customers.\nModel the GWC’s core values of love, excellence, and integrity to colleagues, partners, prospects, vendors, and the public.\nMaintain efficient and effective communication with multiple partner organizations and team members across countries and time zones.\nOther duties as needed or assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nAlignment with GWC's core values and commitment to eradicating water poverty.\nBachelor’s degree in engineering required; P.E. certification preferred.\n5+ years of engineering and project management experience.\n2+ years of engineering experience working in low- and middle-income countries preferred.\n2+ years of engineering experience with solar-powered water systems preferred.\nProficiency with office software (such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and engineering tools (such as EPANET and AutoCAD).\nComfortable using AI tools to support research, documentation, and workflow efficiency.\nDemonstrated ability to learn new skills and subject areas quickly.\nStrong relationship-building skills and a demonstrated interest in partnership development.\nTeam player with close attention to detail and strong analytical skills.\nAbility and willingness to travel internationally, with or without reasonable accommodation.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nFluent written and spoken English & Spanish are required.\nLegal authorization to work in the United
