We are seeking a high-caliber, detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Legal team to support ETF product launches and maintenance, international distribution and a range of corporate legal matters.\nWorking closely with attorneys across the Legal team, the Paralegal will play a key operational role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you will serve as a key contributor to SEC regulatory filings, contract management and recordkeeping.\nWe are seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented paralegal who is eager to grow within Global X’s Legal team. This role offers meaningful exposure to ETF launches, SEC filings, and legal operations, with the opportunity to expand scope and responsibility over time.\nThis is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence three (3) days per week. Attendance in the office on Tuesdays is mandatory and non-negotiable.\nKey Responsibilities\nETF & Regulatory Filings\nSEC Filings: Support the preparation, review, and version control of regulatory filings (e.g., N-1A updates, 485BPOS, 497 supplements, and related state filings).\n\nEDGAR Operations: Manage the EDGAR filing process end-to-end (document compilation, formatting, submission and confirmation of acceptance), ensuring 100% accuracy in formatting and confirmation.\n\nDocumentation & Quality Control: Draft, proofread, and conduct consistency and version-control reviews of disclosure documents and related materials.\n\nProject Management: Build and maintain high-fidelity filing calendars, status reports, and internal trackers to ensure timely, accurate submissions and adherence to deadlines.\n\nContract & Agreement Management\nContract Administration: Organize and maintain contract records, including executed agreements, amendments, and restatements.\n\nContract Review Support: Assist with preliminary review of NDAs and other corporate agreements under attorney supervision.\n\nExecution & Coordination: Prepare documents for execution and coordinate signature collection with internal and external stakeholders.\n\nWho You Are\nExperience and Core Skills:\n1-2 years of paralegal experience within a law firm or in-house legal team supporting investment management, registered funds, or financial services\n\nExperience with ETFs, registered funds, or SEC filings strongly preferred\n\nExperience with SEC filing processes in EDGAR and document management practices\n\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines\n\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and legal team members\n\nProfessional judgment, discretion, and reliability in handling sensitive information\n\nBachelor’s degree (required); a Paralegal Certificate is a plus.\n\nPersonal Attributes\nProactive, process-oriented, and solution-focused\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment\n\nStrong sense of ownership with the ability to follow through on tasks\n\nCollaborative team player with a service-oriented mindset\n\nGlobal X does not accept unsolicited resumes or candidate profiles from recruitment agencies, search firms, or third-party recruiters.\nCompensation & Benefits\nGlobal X offers a competitive total compensation package, including base salary, annual performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits program:\nCompetitive base salary with annual performance-based bonus\n\nComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance\n\n401(k) retirement plan with company matching\n\nGenerous paid time off and company holidays\n\nProfessional development and continuing education opportunities\n\nHybrid work flexibility\n\nLife and disability insurance\n\nWellness programs and employee assistance program (EAP)\n\nAbout Global X\nGlobal X was founded in 2008.
