You make sure they receive support from their first question to a completed service.\nTo thrive in this role, you likely have:\nFluency in Finnish and English\nMore than 2 years of experience in customer service with similar tasks\nVocational education in a field that supports the role\nAbout the role and the team\nYou will work in our Customer Service team in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, alongside sales and customer service colleagues and in close contact with other teams across GlobalConnect. You communicate clearly, take responsibility for the customer journey, and enjoy a busy environment. Fluency in Swedish is a big plus.\nDoes this sound like you?
