Time)\n\nLocation: Remote\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nWe are looking for a Technical Product Manager - Email to manage email platform initiatives, data-focused product requirements, and integrations for a global digital healthcare platform.\n\nThe role will work closely with Marketing, Engineering, QA, PMO, Production, and Business Intelligence teams to define requirements, improve email processes, and support integrations across systems.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Lead requirement-gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholder teams.\n\n- Create and maintain BRDs, data dictionaries, user flows, data flows, and other product documentation.\n\n- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.\n\n- Coordinate with PMO and technical teams on affiliate/system integrations.\n\n- Define product solutions for managing email statuses, data flows, and integrations across multiple systems.\n\n- Work closely with engineering, QA, marketing, and BI teams to ensure successful product delivery.\n\n- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical/product requirements.\n\n- Manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives from requirements through implementation.\n\n- Contribute new ideas based on market trends, business needs, and data-driven insights.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related technical role.\n\n- 3+ years of experience in a data-focused role such as Product Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or similar.\n\n- Strong understanding of email platforms, email marketing technologies, and email production processes.\n\n- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is preferred.\n\n- Strong understanding of data flows, integrations, and API-based or file-based data exchange.\n\n- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.\n\n- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) migrations.\n\n- Experience integrating SFMC or email platforms with other systems using APIs, imports/exports.\n\n- Prior experience in Product Management for SaaS, software, web applications, or digital platforms.\n\n- Experience working within a digital marketing or email marketing team.\n\n- Curious, creative, and data-driven approach to product development.\n\nIdeal Candidate:\n\n- Candidates with a combination of Technical Product Management + Email Marketing + SFMC + Data/Integration experience will be strongly preferred.\nSkills\nProduct Management,
