Comprehensive training and development will be provided.\nEssential Responsibilities include:\nPerform shift duties (12-hour shift) to optimize and support Test Process operation in module to meet operation goals\nDevelop and implements methods and/or procedures for test process control, and test process improvement for production\nCoordinate with Specialists to ensure that work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives and that Standard Operating Procedures are strictly followed\nDesign and operate sophisticated test equipment and/or test fixture, and ensure quality levels and minimized defects & failure rates\nAnalyze reports and charts to determine trends and recommend corrective actions\nCollaborate with supplier representatives on quality problems, and ensure that effective corrective actions are implemented and contribute to supplier quality improvement programs\nCreate process job-files for test equipment for production set-up\nMaintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the module\nPerform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements\nYou will be required to carry & attend to test fixture or equipment in cleanroom environment.\nOther Responsibilities:\nPerform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.\nRequired Qualifications:\nEducation - Diploma in Electrical & Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical Engineering.\nAble to perform 12-hour rotating shift.\nGood interpersonal and communication skills.\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAble to work independently.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior related internship or co-op experience.\nDemonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.\nProject management skills, i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.\nStrong interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support effective decision-making.\nGlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
