For more information, visit www.gf.com.\nJob Descriptions:\nLead, manage and train a team of Waferfab Operators and Technician in the day-to-day operations to meet daily production targets.\nOptimize WIP management to maximize throughput and linearity.\nAllocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity.\nPlan out manpower training to increase shift deployment flexibility.\nEngage specialists at regularly to feedback on performance as well as understand difficulties faced & identify potential areas for improvement.\nIdentify potential human error issues in the fab and work on corrective/preventive actions.\nPresent daily production indices in module meetings and highlight key priorities for the Engineering team to focus.\nResolve and handle line-related, preventive maintenance issues and understand all equipment capacity/constraint issues so as to be able to identify, implement temporary solutions and work with Engineering team to resolve them.\nEnsure safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance in work area by all personnel.\nEnsure proper documentation and data-integrity.\nOther Responsibilities:\nPerform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs\nGlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
