The role serves as a key customer-facing interface, connecting customer priorities with GlobalFoundries’ cross-functional teams and driving transparency, alignment, proactive risk management, and effective execution. The primary focus is program management and customer engagement. Semiconductor industry experience is beneficial but not required.\nYour Job\nLead complex, cross-functional customer programs from early engagement through execution and delivery.\nEstablish and run program governance, including milestones, KPIs, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action tracking.\nServe as a key interface between customers and internal engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams.\nTranslate customer priorities and commitments into clear internal actions, ownership, and timelines.\nProvide transparent program status and proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate risks.\nDrive alignment and decisions across global, matrixed teams without direct reporting authority.\nLead customer and internal program reviews and ensure effective follow-up on commitments.\nSupport the development and continuous improvement of the CPM operating model, processes, templates, and reporting standards.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related field.\nStrong experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs in an international environment.\nProven project/program management skills across schedule, dependencies, risks, actions, and stakeholder alignment.\nStrong customer-facing, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.\nDemonstrated ability to influence and drive decisions across global matrix organizations.\nStructured, analytical approach with strong ownership and execution mindset.\nProfessional fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in customer program management, technical program management, product development, or management consulting.\nSemiconductor, electronics, automotive, industrial, aerospace & defense, or other complex technology-industry experience.\nFamiliarity with semiconductor development, manufacturing, supply chain, or product industrialization.\nProject/program management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or equivalent.\nExperience with KPI-based program reporting and common
