For more information, visit www.gf.com.\nSummary of Role:\nThis role owns the execution of complex semiconductor technology programs from planning through delivery, serving as the central point of accountability across internal teams, customers, vendors, and technical stakeholders.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nFull project execution ownership and go-to person for all internal and external stakeholders.\nDevelop, maintain, and execute the project plan for the enablement of new technologies and/or technology transfers.\nAnalyze data and monitor programs to ensure adherence to contract scope of work, cost, schedule, and technical specifications.\nDrive project team members and contributors to meet critical milestones and customer commitments.\nDocument, track, and drive closure of meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups.\nProactively identify key risks to the program and define mitigation actions.\nTrack and report progress to key stakeholders (including external customers).\nTravel as needed for customer requests, workshops, project reviews, and staff meetings.\nOther Responsibilities:\nPerform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.\nRequired Qualifications:\nMaster’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical field.\n6+ years’ experience in semiconductor industry\n Prior experience or formal training in project, program, or product management.\nHighly reliable and execution-focused, with disciplined follow-through on emails, action items, commitments, and details of every size.\nStrong interpersonal skills - influence without authority\nExcellent communication (written and oral) skills - confidence in leading calls with various execs, technical experts, and/or vendors and customers.\nDetail-oriented - can identify what’s missing in planning and execution.\nResourceful - solves non-routine issues.\nPersonal and professional drive for continuous learning and improvement.\nAbility to distill complex issues and information into simple narratives.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n5+ years in program management in semiconductor industry\nStrong technical background with knowledge of semiconductor device physics and processes.\nProficiency in Mandarin.\nPhD in technical field.\nHave a record of successfully delivering high-profile, complex technical projects against tight deadlines.\nExperience leading initiatives, onboarding, and mentoring other peers.\nExpected Salary Range\nThe exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.\nThe role you are applying for may require you to obtain a US Department of Defense Security Clearance at some time during your employment.
