Working closely with Analog Design, System Architecture, Verification, Physical Design, Firmware, Validation, and Product Engineering teams, you will play a key role in developing industry-leading semiconductor solutions that enable next-generation AI accelerators and computing platforms.\nYour Job\nBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing digital design organization focused on advanced power management ASICs.\nDefine and drive the digital architecture, implementation, and delivery of next-generation DC-DC converter and power management solutions for AI and data center applications.\nLead complex ASIC and SoC developments from concept through tape-out, ensuring quality, schedule, and technical execution.\nCollaborate closely with Analog Design, System Architecture, Verification, Physical Design, Firmware, Validation, and Product Engineering teams.\nEstablish engineering best practices, mentor team members, and contribute to product and technology strategy.\nRequired Qualifications\nMaster's degree or PhD in Electronics, Microelectronics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.\n10+ years of semiconductor industry experience with a proven track record of full-chip design, delivery, and successful tape-outs.\nExperience leading engineering teams and driving technical execution in a complex development environment.\nStrong expertise in ASIC/FPGA digital design using Verilog, SystemVerilog, and/or VHDL.\nDemonstrated experience delivering complex processor-based SoCs and digital power management products, including knowledge of protocols such as AVSBus and PMBus.\nSolid understanding of functional and formal verification methodologies, including UVM and tools such as JasperGold, OneSpin, or VC Formal.\nIn-depth knowledge of the complete ASIC/SoC development flow from architecture through silicon validation.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills with fluent English language proficiency.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with PMICs, digital power control systems, or DC-DC converter solutions.\nExperience in AI, data center, networking, or high-performance computing applications.\nFamiliarity with GitHub-based development environments and modern engineering workflows.\nExperience building and scaling global engineering teams.\nExpected Salary Range\n0,00 $ - 0,00 $The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.\nIf you need a reasonable accommodation for any part of the employment process, please contact us by email at  let us know the nature of your request and your contact information.
