For more information, visitwww.globalfoundries.com.\nIntroduction\nWe are expanding our Fab Operations and are looking for Equipment Engineers, In this role you will plan and implement effective preventive maintenance programs, monitor and control equipment performance indices and involve in various continuous improvement programs to drive optimization efforts across the organization.\nModule : Photo Lithography\nTo uphold the equipment key indices as per module requirement\n\nTo continuously improve the equipment performance through resolution of chronic and sporadic issues\n\nTo ensure that the equipment knowledge is maintained and archived\n\nTo uphold 6S\n\nYour Job\nTo own, maintain and improve the following indices: Quality, Uptime and Cost\n\nSustain equipment KPI and make continuous improvements to enhance the performance\n\nMonitor and control equipment performance indices. Optimize PM procedures to make it more effective and efficient\n\nCoordinate with both process and manufacturing Engineers to ensure work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives\n\nManage the logistics for parts so as to prevent prolonged uptime losses in the case of equipment failure\n\nManage the expenditure allocated for equipment maintenance without compromising on quality output\n\nContinuous improvement of equipment KPI in terms of quality, uptime and costs\n\nPlan and implement effective Preventive Maintenance program on equipments\n\nCoach and Mentor subordinates to ensure that skill level and knowledge are up to date, and continuously give feedback on their work performance - Uphold 6S in Fab, SubFab and Office area\n\nDocument Corrective Action and Best Known Methods, and Fan it out to all for maximum ROI and learning\n\nParticipate in CIP programs to optimize equipment utilization and cost of maintenance\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nDegree/Master in Engineering Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Chemical / Microelectronics, Sciences (Physics / Chemistry) and Material Science\n\nAt least 4 years of relevant experience in process engineering, preferably in a semiconductor industry\n\nProven ability to identify, assess and solve problems\n\nStrong SPC knowledge (Statistical Process Control) - Experienced in high volume production environment\n\nKnowledge of process engineering software systems and MES system( Manufacturing Execution Systems)\n\nMultiple open positions\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior experience in foundry or similar industry background will be an added advantage\n\nAnalytical and math skills\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nMeticulous, Fast learner and able to work in diverse work environment\n\nGlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
