It also involves driving continuous improvement and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve process performance and achieve organizational goals. Comprehensive training and development will be provided.\nEssential Responsibilities include:\nDevelops and modifies process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards\nCreate, analyze and review technical charts\nDevelop and modify process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards\nEstablish SOP (Standard operating process) and FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis) for related process\nReview product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules\nIntegrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications\nDrive CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to improve process performance indices\nWork with cross functions teams to deliver organizational goals\nOther Responsibilities:\nPerform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.\nRequired Qualifications:\nEducation - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Microelectronics or other related engineering disciplines.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior related internship or co-op experience.\nDemonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.\nProject management skills, i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity. \nStrong interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support effective decision-making.\nGlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
