You will create and review technical documentation, establish SOPs and FMEA, and integrate equipment and material capabilities to support process and technology needs. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will assess product requirements, contribute to cost and schedule planning, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process performance.\nResponsibilities\nDevelops and modifies process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards.\n\nCreate, analyze, and review technical charts to support process characterization, data interpretation, and performance tracking.\n\nDevelop and modify process formulations, methods, and controls to ensure products meet quality and reliability standards.\n\nEstablish SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and conduct FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to build robust, well-documented, and risk-mitigated processes.\n\nReview product development requirements to assess compatibility with existing or proposed processing methods, including cost, resource needs, and production schedule implications.\n\nIntegrate equipment and material capabilities to align process modules with technology specifications, ensuring scalability and manufacturability.\n\nDrive CIP (Continuous Improvement Plans) to enhance process performance indices.\n\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to deliver organizational and project goals.\n\nPerform all activities safely and responsibly, supporting all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.\n\nWork and collaborate on additional projects or assignments as required.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.\n\nExperience related to process engineering or manufacturing.\n\nFundamental understanding of process development, optimization, and quality control concepts.\n\nBasic knowledge of SOP creation, FMEA principles, or other quality/risk-management frameworks.\n\nAbility to analyze data, interpret technical charts, and use basic engineering/analytical tools.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.\n\nEffective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work across functions.\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks, learn quickly, and adapt in a dynamic manufacturing environment.\n\nCommitment to safe work practices and adherence to Environmental, Health, Safety & Security standards.\n\nGlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
