For more information, visit www.gf.com.\nJob Description\nResponsible for combination of process and equipment engineering supporting production ramp by process qualification, productivity improvement and tool release Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager:\nSupport production ramp by process qualification, productivity improvement and tool release\nCreate, analyze and review technical charts and data (such as SPC/DOE/split lot/Space/Si-view/JMP/Klarity)\nPerform process matching between equipment's to reduce variations for better tool matching\nIdentify chronic issues, establish improvement programs/procedures for resolution\nWork with cross function teams to address yield improvement, excursions and best practices across fabs\nDrive CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to improve performance indices and optimize productivity\nPerform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements\nWork and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed.\nSee description for career level for general proficiency levels pertaining to Job Complexity, Accountability, Relationship Focus, and Knowledge, Skills & Abilities.
