You will have access to the latest technological developments at GF Labs, with opportunities for patent submissions, presenting your ideas on a global platform, and enjoy GF-wide collaboration across our fabs and offices around the world.\nIntroduction:\nAs a Lithography Process Engineer, you will be responsible for sustaining, optimizing, and developing photolithography processes in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will work with advanced lithography tools and metrology systems to ensure critical dimension (CD) control, overlay accuracy, and defect reduction.\nYour Job:\nMonitor and analyze SPC/ESPC charts for lithography modules using SPACE; respond to OOC/OOS events.\n\nPerform critical dimension (CD) and overlay analysis using CD-SEM, scatterometry, and overlay metrology tools (e.g., KLA, ASML YieldStar).\n\nOptimize photoresist coating, soft bake, exposure, post-exposure bake (PEB), and development processes.\n\nManage and tune stepper/scanner exposure tools (e.g., ASML, Nikon) for optimal performance and tool matching.\n\nConduct Design of Experiments (DOE) and split lot analysis using JMP, Klarity ACE, and other statistical tools.\n\nTroubleshoot lithography defects such as bridging, footing, scumming, and resist residues.\n\nCollaborate with Equipment Engineers on tool qualification, focus-exposure matrix (FEM), and process window optimization.\n\nMaintain and optimize reticle management, focus and exposure control, and alignment strategies.\n\nDrive process improvements to enhance CD uniformity, overlay performance, line edge roughness (LER), and critical dimension uniformity (CDU).\n\nSupport technology transfers, new product introductions (NPI), and process ramp-up activities.\n\nLead cross-functional teams to resolve yield excursions and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).\n\nEnsure compliance with TS16949 and other quality standards through regular audits and documentation updates.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering\n\n1 to 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor wafer process engineering\n\nProven ability to identify, assess and solve problems\n\nPerform Normal / Swing Shift (or 12-hour rotating shift if required)\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior experience in foundry or similar industry background will be an added advantage\n\nAnalytical with good interpersonal skills\n\nExcellent team player\n\nHigh Integrity\n\n#GFSG_AUG\nGlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
