We are looking for talent to join us in Photolithography Process Engineering to optimize and sustain Immersion/ArF processes across technology nodes.\nJob Description\nYou will own process stability and continual improvement for Photolithography process, driving yield, productivity and cost efficiency in a high-volume manufacturing environment.\nEssential responsibilities including but not limited to following:\nLayers ownership to upkeep offline/inline process parameters including SPC/Defect/Yield/etc.\n\nTools ownership to co-work with Equipment team to ensure post tool activities setup/qualification/enhance check in order.\n\nInvolve in NPI/Prototype process setup (APC/CPE/DOMA/Agile) and piloting success rate to fulfill cycle time/shipment schedule requirement.\n\nOwn tool qualification to support Fab capacity expansion/flexibility enhancement via PCRB/customer PCN.\n\nProvide solution for to enhance prevention/detection/facilitation to uphold process quality.\n\nDevelop BKM recipe/workflow to eliminate/minimize risk of process deviation.\n\nCo-work with UMD for new technologies phase in and readiness for ramp up to mass production.\n\nSkills required:\nGood understanding of Photolithography principle.\n\nUnderstand Cp and Cpk indices. Analyze and monitor SPC especially for critical parameters. Equip with troubleshooting skill to maintain/improve SPC performance.\n\nBuild split matrix and analyze DOE data, ET, sort yield using aiding tool e.g. JMP/Shiny etc.\n\nMaster various systems SiView/PCRB/MRB/PLM/iCASE/PEACE/etc.\n\nAutomation skills to enhance routine job efficiency.\n\nOther Responsibilities:\nPerform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nDegree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering or equivalent.\n\nAble to perform swing shift (Saturday/Sunday shift) if required.\n\nFlexible and able to support overtime.\n\nGlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
