In this role, you will manage process qualification, stability and continuous improvement programs to deliver organizational goals, with opportunities to collaborate with other regions to drive process excellence as per GF standards.\nYour Job:\nSupport company's production ramp schedule by process qualification, productivity improvement and new tool release\nEstablish SOP (Standard operating process), CAS and FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis) for related process\nOptimize and maintain process by using SPC (Statistical process control) and DOE (Design of experiments) knowledge\nWork with other regions for BKM alignment (best known method) and process improvement initiatives\nMaintain process stability and continuous improvement project\nDrive process CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to improve process performance indices\nWork with cross functions team(s) to deliver organizational goals \nLead small team to deliver department goal\nConduct process training internally to Associate Engineers (AE / Senior AE)\nRequired Qualifications:\nDegree in Engineering - Electrical / Electronics / Chemical / Microelectronics, Sciences (Physics / Chemistry) and Material Science\nRelevant experience in process engineering, preferably in a semiconductor industry\nProven ability to identify, assess and solve problems\nStrong SPC knowledge (Statistical Process Control) \nExperienced in high volume production environment\nKnowledge of process engineering software systems and MES system (Manufacturing Execution Systems)\nMultiple open positions\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior experience in foundry or similar industry background will be an added advantage \nAnalytical and math skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nMeticulous, fast learner and able to work in diverse work environment \nGlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
