For more information, visit www.gf.com.\nSummary of Role:\nWe are seeking a highly driven and execution-focused Engineering Program Manager to drive the successful development and production of analog, mixed-signal, power-management, sensor, and RF IC products from concept through volume manufacturing.\nThis role operates at the intersection of engineering, product, and operations, driving alignment, execution rigor, and delivery predictability across highly cross-functional and globally distributed teams.\nThe ideal candidate brings a strong blend of technical depth, structured program leadership, and a track record of delivering complex programs at scale.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nOwn and drive end-to-end program execution across silicon, IP, and package development, ensuring alignment with business objectives, schedules, and quality targets\nDevelop and manage integrated program plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical paths\nLead cross-functional coordination across IP, design, packaging, manufacturing, verification, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams\nEstablish execution discipline and predictability through rigorous tracking, KPIs, and governance\nProactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints; drive mitigation strategies and timely escalation\nProvide clear, data-driven status reporting to leadership; facilitate executive reviews and decision-making\nDrive stakeholder alignment across technical and business domains in a global, matrixed environment\nEnsure adherence to Product Lifecycle (PLC), Quality Management System (QMS), and business process requirements\nOther Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with product management, technology development, architecture, hardware, finance, design enablement and operations teams to ensure program success\nPartner with Business Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams to support contractor onboarding, budgeting, and project tracking activities\nMonitor resource utilization and identify capacity constraints that may impact program schedules\nBuild and maintain KPI dashboards\nSupport internal and external audits as required\nDefine, implement, and continuously improve program management processes, tools, and best practices\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field\n5+ years of experience in semiconductor IP, product, or process development\n3+ years in program or technical project management delivering complex programs to successful completion\nProficiency with program management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Excel)\nSolid understanding of automotive development flows and deliverables (AEC-Q100, PPAP/APQP)\nExperience managing relationships, performance, quality, capacity, cost, and execution with OSAT suppliers\nProven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs\nStrong execution mindset with a track record of meeting commitments and driving outcomes\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt in dynamic environments\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization and external stakeholders\nDemonstrated success working in global, distributed teams\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with 55LPx CMOS or similar process nodes\nBackground in packaging and/or test engineering\nExperience with Supplier Quality Management (SQM)\nExpected Salary Range\n$118,000.00 - $210,000.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.\nThe role you are applying for may require you to obtain a US Department of Defense Security Clearance at some time during your employment.
