For more information, visit www.gf.com.\nYour Job:\nThe Internal IP Program Manager partners with Design, Product Lines, QA, Validation, Release, Operations, and Customer teams to drive execution across the IP lifecycle. The role requires strong program management skills, technical understanding, and the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.\nThe successful candidate will balance business, technical, operational, and customer priorities while navigating ambiguity, competing objectives, and stakeholder challenges. This position requires a combination of structure, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of internal IP programs.\nManage schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalations.\nDrive alignment across global, cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\nCoordinate IP lifecycle governance, compliance, quality reviews, and release readiness.\nLead customer escalations and support resolution of critical issues.\nEstablish and track KPIs, program metrics, and management dashboards.\nIdentify risks, remove blockers, and drive timely decision-making.\nManage cross-team dependencies, resource conflicts, and competing priorities.\nFacilitate effective communication, documentation, and program reviews.\nDrive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and operational practices.\nSupport Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related technical field.\n8+ years of program management, technical program management, or semiconductor product development experience.\nProven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.\nStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.\nExperience managing customer-facing issues and escalations.\nDemonstrated ability to drive alignment without direct authority.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProgram Management: Applies disciplined planning, governance, risk management, and execution practices to deliver business commitments.\nTechnical Acumen: Understands the end-to-end IP lifecycle and can effectively engage with technical teams across development, verification, validation, QA, release, and customer deployment.\nStakeholder Management: Builds trusted relationships, aligns diverse perspectives, and influences outcomes across organizational boundaries.\nCustomer Orientation: Maintains focus on customer needs while balancing technical, operational, and business requirements.\nAdaptability: Responds effectively to changing priorities, ambiguity, and evolving business needs.\nEmotional Intelligence: Demonstrates strong self-awareness, communication, collaboration, and conflict-management skills.\nResilience: Maintains effectiveness under pressure and successfully navigates challenging customer situations, organizational resistance, and difficult stakeholder interactions.\nSystems Thinking: Understands end-to-end processes, identifies interdependencies, and drives scalable, data-driven solutions.\nPreferred Candidate Profile: A collaborative and results-oriented leader who combines program management discipline, technical credibility, business acumen, and emotional intelligence to deliver successful outcomes across complex organizations.
