For more information, visit www.gf.com.\nIntroduction:\nThis position is in GlobalFoundries India center at Bengaluru, supporting Digital Manufacturing in enabling digital solution for 300mm and 200mm wafer fab across Singapore, USA, Dresden.\nThe candidate will be responsible for creating, supporting and maintaining internal services and java applications that will be used by other teams in the fab.\n.\nYour Job:\nDesigns, develops, tests, debugs, and implements applications that support critical manufacturing fab operations and engineering tasks using SpringBoot/Angular .\nThe application is containerized using Docker, orchestrated through AWS ECS, and deployed on AWS EC2 instances for scalable and efficient cloud operations\nWork closely with Fab stakeholders to translate their needs into predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions.\nCollaborate closely with GFIT, Manufacturing Data Domain group to support Fab team in building the required data pipelines for productionalized and scalable predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions.\nOther Responsibilities:\nWork with users, other developers, database administrators, engineers, and other groups as needed when implementing new functionality or when fixing application issues.\nSupport day-to-day operations and troubleshooting.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent with min 2 years of relevant experience or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent with min 1 years of relevant experience\nSolid Java programming and relational DB skills\nProficiency in essential languages, including Angular, Java/J2EE, REST, Spring Boot and relational databases development tools (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redshift).\nExperience in dealing with development environments IntelliJIDEA.\nExperience in creating business models in environments such as R, Python and semiconductor experience are added advantage\nDemonstrate a profound understanding of relational databases.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall system performance.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nStrong analytical skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently.\nExperience with cloud services such as AWS.\nDevelopment experience with designing and implementing services, REST, JSON.\nSpecialize in the seamless integration of front-end and back-end technologies to ensure cohesive application development.\nFamiliar with the use of version control and CICD tools include GIT, Maven, Nexus, Jenkins.\nGlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
