For more information, visit www.gf.com.\nSummary of Role: We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to own and evolve our next-generation customer and partner engagement platform. In this hands-on individual-contributor role, you will write code, make architecture decisions, and directly guide a small internal team along with an external contractor team delivering integration work.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nOwn the technical architecture and roadmap for a customer- and partner-facing web platform, spanning frontend interfaces, backend APIs, authentication systems, and cloud infrastructure\nServe as final technical reviewer and approver for the platform's codebases, including environment promotion and release management\nDirectly manage a small team of full-time engineers, including code review, technical mentorship, and workload prioritization\nDirect and review deliverables from an external contractor team building third-party system integrations, ensuring quality and architectural consistency\nDiagnose and resolve production incidents across cloud infrastructure and identity/authentication systems, including root-cause analysis of infrastructure and integration failures\nDesign and implement data migration and integration scripts between enterprise systems, with production-grade reliability, resumability, and audit logging\nUse tools and real user feedback to analyze and optimize the platform, including through performance monitoring and user experience improvements\nInteract with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather requirements, scope integrations, and drive architectural decisions based on user needs\nHelp maintain documentation and reference implementations that customers and internal teams rely on\nOther Responsibilities:\nPerform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field\n5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including production ownership of a customer-facing web application\nProven experience leading or mentoring engineers, including distributed or contractor teams\nStrong programming experience in a modern frontend framework (React, Vue.js, Angular, or similar) and a backend language/framework (Python, Node.js, or similar)\nExperience with REST APIs, authentication systems, state management, and responsive design\nExperience with databases, caching, microservices, and application security\nExperience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation on cloud platforms\nExperience debugging complex, distributed web applications in production\nFluency in English - written & verbal\nPreferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent years in Software Engineering with progressive leadership scope.\nExperience managing or coordinating offshore/contractor engineering teams\n\nExperience with large-scale data migration projects between enterprise systems\nExperience with ticketing or service-management platform integrations via API\nExperience with enterprise identity/auth protocols (OAuth/OIDC, SAML, or similar)\nExperience in semiconductor, hardware, or other regulated enterprise environments\nExpected Salary Range\n$167,000.00 - $275,000.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.\nIf you need a reasonable accommodation for any part of the employment process, please contact us by email at  let us know the nature of your request and your contact information.
