For more information, visit www.gf.com.\nSummary of Role: \nLead Program Management for Singapore & Germany Global Manufacturing Materials Sourcing. Accountable for sourcing milestones, documentation and implementation of procurement processes to support the success of GF US sourcing activities for fab expansion and refresh.\nResponsibilities:\nDrive Sourcing program coordination across all manufacturing materials requirements interfacing with Regional and Global Commodity Teams reporting directly to Global Manufacturing Materials Director\nPerforms consolidated program executive reporting including milestones, spend, budget, capacity, first sample delivery. \nPerforms activities related to material procurement, outsourcing, and vendor selection. Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently):\nDevelops, implements and communicates company policies and procedures for purchasing. \nReviews purchase requests for completeness and compliance with company requirements;\nMay coordinate purchasing activities with the engineering and manufacturing departments to maintain inventories at planned levels. \nNegotiates with vendors and approves purchases of authorized amounts or size. \nMaintains and updates purchasing orders, systems, and documentation. Monitors the cost, schedule and performance metrics of contracts and subcontracts.\nPerform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs \nWorks on other projects and/or assignments as needed\nSelf-motivated individual with strong communication skills\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, science or relevant fields.\nCandidates without prior professional experience may also be considered.
