strong focus on safety, quality, and customer commitments.\nYour Job\nMonitor and support daily manufacturing operations to achieve cycle time, throughput, quality, and shipment plan targets.\nDrive operational performance by identifying, analyzing, and resolving manufacturing issues impacting production.\nCoordinate with Process, Equipment and Manufacturing teams to optimize factory performance.\nMonitor WIP movement and support production prioritization to meet customer delivery commitments.\nAnalyze manufacturing and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.\nSupport capacity planning activities by ensuring accurate assumptions, constraints, and equipment utilization data.\nSupport deployment and sustainment of automation systems and manufacturing execution systems.\nProvide technical guidance and operational support during production excursions and recovery activities.\nOther Responsibilities\nPerform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.\nSupport special projects and assignments as required by management.\nParticipate in shift pass-down, escalation management, and fab readiness activities.\nEnsure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.\nRequired Qualifications\nDiploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline.\n0-2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, production engineering, industrial engineering, or related manufacturing environment.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and support shift
