For more information, visit www.gf.com.\nIntroduction:\nGIGA+ Fab is seeking a highly skilled, experienced and motivated Lithography Process Engineer to become part of our Unit Module Development Team, leading exciting projects in Silicon Photonics & Power platforms.\nJob description:\nTo set up processes as per technical requirements and guide Litho module UMD process engineers develop silicon photonics & power processes.\n\nTo keep projects on track and report key milestones to department head.\n\nTo troubleshoot any issues that arise during process setup, ensure the new process qualifications lots run smoothly and work with equipment team to improve process robustness.\n\nTo work with integration to improve the process stability and process margin, achieve good quality process and cost-effective production.\n\nTo with customer engineering team to have effective communication with customers.\n\nOrganize and provide training for engineers / AEs to transfer the process knowledge before running mass production.\n\nTo deputize litho process section manager as per business needs.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nDegree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science, Solid State Physics or other relevant engineering physical science discipline is required\n\n>10 years Lithography experience, experience in Silicon Photonics is a bonus\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with different cultures.\n\nGlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
