Also supports new development of modules needed for advanced packaging.\nYour Job:\nResponsible for developing BEOL process flows, recipes and devices to enable meeting the product requirements for performance, reliability and defect free manufacturing\nEnsure methods and processes in place to test the devices and structures being developed\nDevelops and implements methods and procedures for process control and inspection to ensure that the products are free of flaws and function as designed\nManage a team responsible for development of BEOL process and devices for the Power product line\nAdvanced packaging development for Power IVR\nAnalyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions\nInteracts with internal and external customers on responsible items\nOther Responsibilities\nDefine technology roadmap for BeoL related for Power product line\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation Minimum BS in Electrical Engineering or other relevant degree\nYears of Experience >10 years of semiconductor manufacturing/R&D\nFluency in English Language - written & verbal\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMasters in Electrical Engineering\nR&D experience in semiconductor BEOL flow\nExperience in technical managing\nGlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
