You will be working with an excellent multidisciplinary team from photonics and FAB.\nYour Job:\nTo design / optimize silicon photonic devices, including passive and active devices (e.g., balanced photodetector, high speed photodetector) for application oriented PDK development.\nTo independently carry out device characterization to verify device performance and conduct device analysis with documentation.\nTo provide technical support on PDK related questionnaires.\nTo file patents on Silicon Photonics devices to protect AMF intellectual property.\nTo perform other duties as assigned.
