For more information, visit www.gf.com.\nIntroduction:\nPerform model extractions for DC and RF frequencies for devices like MOSFET, HV FETs like LDMOS, Diodes, Varactors, Resistors etc. and develop a compact model based on device physics for SOI, Bulk and GaN technologies. Responsible for the definition of test structures and layouts for the necessary devices and submit tests like DC-CV, DC-IV, S-parameters, Noise, Mismatch etc. for electrical characterization. Work closely with team members and interact with global team to understand and solve any discrepancies in data or model.\nYour Job:\nDevice model extraction for DC and RF frequencies (MOSFET ,Diode, Varactor, Resistors etc.).\nDefinition of test structures and layout as and when necessary.\nKnowledge of semiconductor physics and application in understanding device data (Diode, Varactor, Resistors etc.).\nKnowledge of S-parameters and their application in extracting device models is added advantage\nInteraction with team to resolve discrepancies in the data, model etc.\nKnowledge of Back-end of line devices like Inductors, Capacitors, Transmission Lines and EM simulations.\nCharacterize and Model various Back end of line devices.\nOther Responsibilities:\nPerform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.\nRequired Qualifications:\nPhD in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Microelectronics or semiconductor devices\nNCG or MS/M.Tech with 2 yrs of experience\nFluency in English Language - written & verbal \nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with different cultures.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPhD in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Microelectronics or semiconductor devices MTech/M.
