For more information, visit www.gf.com.\nIntroduction:\nGlobalFoundries is seeking a Process Integration Engineer to drive embedded Flash/ETOX technology development, process integration, prototyping, device characterization, yield improvement, and customer engagement. The role requires strong expertise in NVM devices, electrical test analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to develop, optimize, qualify, and support advanced semiconductor technologies.\nJob Description\nETOX/Flash process/project experience is desired\n\nProcess flow setup.\n\nDesign rule, generation rules, bias table, ET spec setup.\n\nPrototyping activities from tapeout to lot execution.\n\nNew process development as integration role\n\nDevice characterization & ET analysis.\n\nLead in unit module process development & optimization.\n\nLead in flash retention & endurance performance enhancement.\n\nYield enhancement.\n\nHandle Process & product qualification.\n\nInterface with IP partners or customer on process, product or technology discussions.\n\nLead in flash technology development team.\n\nSupport corporate-wide new embedded flash customer engagement or business opportunities.\n\nGood attention to detail, well organized and a strong team player who can work well with cross-functional team environment.\n\nStrong analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills using statistical tools such as JMP\n\nAble to perform under face paced and challenging environment\n\nJob Requirements\nPhD/Masters (3 years ) /Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (5 years), Materials Science, Physics or related field\n\nStrong knowledge of NVM devices/Process Integration/test methodology, to work out fail mechanism of yield issues and drive low yield issue fixing\n\nBasic knowledge of FA technique\n\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nProficient in Electrical Test data & Inline Analysis\n\nIs a team player and strong multi-tasking capability\n\nExcellent communication skills\n\nAble to work in a diverse and inclusive workforce\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office and applications including JMP\n\nGlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
