For more information, visit www.gf.com.\nSummary of Role:\nLeads and manages technical programs from concept through completion, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and initiatives. Monitors project performance, schedules, costs, and resources, identifies and resolves issues during planning and execution, and provides regular status updates and recommendations to leadership to support program objectives.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nLead medium to large-scale technical projects, driving execution from concept through implementation and delivery.\n\nSolve complex, novel, and non-routine technical challenges by developing innovative solutions and approaches.\n\nProvide specialized technical expertise and guidance to engineering teams and key stakeholders.\n\nMentor and coach less experienced engineers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.\n\nServe as a technical leader, influencing project direction, technical decisions, and best practices.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple sites to support project objectives and business goals.\n\nPartner with suppliers and external organizations to initiate and advance technical development projects.\n\nRepresent the organization in industry conferences, technical review consortia, and professional forums, contributing to publications, patents, and technical advancements.\n\n Required Qualifications:\nEducation a technical (University) degree.
