The candidate should have good understanding of CMOS/HV process schemes and device physics. Exposure to high voltage device development will be an added advantage. The candidate should also have a good understanding of design of experiment for process development. Good communication skills and teamwork are essential to this job.\nResponsibilities:\nExecute engineering splits on development lots\nDevice testing and report generation\nWork with failure analysis and reliability testing teams on process/reliability issues\nOwn lots while learning the HV specific process/device development.\nSupport high voltage test structure layout, device optimization.\nQualifications & Experiences:\nDegree/master’s in Electrical Engineering/Physics/Material Science\n2-3 years of process integration / technology development experience\nGood understanding of CMOS/HV process schemes and device physics.\nGlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
