For more information, visit www.gf.com.\nSummary of Role:\nGlobalFoundries Fab 8 is seeking an experienced professional to support the 300mmsemiconductor process integration team. The core responsibilities of this team involve ownership of process integration from development, customer engagement to production. The ideal candidate should have proventrack recordof developing and delivering advanced technology for mass production. Also, the ideal candidate can demonstratea technical understanding of Various processes and an understanding of a balanced scorecard approach to develop, sustain, and improve the technologies with quality, cost, and delivery all considered.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nSiPh process development in various technologies including RF, FINFET technologies, FDSOI, and eNVM.\n\nCollaborating with process module & packaging team in driving process solutions.\n\nWorking with TD & BU to oversee the scope of projects and ensure that all technical needs are catered to.\n\nDriving technology cost reduction & process convergence & yield improvement.\n\nOther Responsibilities:\nPerform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirementsand programs.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree with 2+ years or Master’s Degree with 1+ years or PhD with 1 years of working experience in relevant field. Degree must be in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physicsor other relevant engineering physical science discipline.\n\nExperience of leading engineer team, developing and delivering advanced technology for mass production.\n\nStrong project management skills, particularly focused on managing schedules, scopeand cost trade-offs of projects.\n\nExcellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor with 2+years of working experience in relevant field. Degree must be in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physicsor other relevant engineering physical science discipline.\n\nExperience in the FEOL/BEOL process with FinFETand FDSOI technology is plus.\n\nStrong background in FEOL/MOL/BEOL process development and characterization knowledge\n\nResults oriented and focused on quality of work\n\nExcellent structured problem solving and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles\n\nAbility to work effectively and efficiently with diverse teams, clients, as well as internal and external partners.\n\nStrong presentation and technical writing skills\n\nSelf-starter and highly motivated to succeed in a fast-paced and challenging professional environment.\n\nExpected Salary Range\n$58,400.00 - $100,800.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.\nIf you need a reasonable accommodation for any part of the employment process, please contact us by email at  let us know the nature of your request and your contact information.
