You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders and leaders to elevate the employee experience and drive a culture of excellence.\nLearning Strategy & Program Development\nDevelop and implement technical learning strategies to foster a continuous learning culture and enhance workforce capabilities.\n\nConduct technical skills assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps, define learning outcomes, and align training with business goals.\n\nDesign structured, blended technical learning curricula in partnership with subject matter experts, ensuring alignment with evolving technologies and operational requirements.\n\nTraining Delivery & Evaluation\nDeliver technical training across various platforms (instructor-led, virtual, e-learning) tailored to technical and operational needs.\n\nEvaluate training effectiveness using data, feedback, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.\n\nMaintain and update technical skills and competency matrix to support targeted development.\n\nLearning Management System (LMS) Implementation & Training KPI\nLMS record maintenance, learning activity creation, training material review and implementing best delivery methods\n\nEstablish and track training metrics and departmental development goals, driving them to successful closure\n\nPartnerships & Outreach\nPartner with educational institutions to offer internships, work-study programs, and industry talks focused on technical skill development and career pathways in operations.\n\nCoach employees for participation in outreach events such as job fairs and career talks.\n\nSupport leadership development and contribute to talent outreach, branding, and hiring under the TAG (Teams for Accelerated Growth) framework.\n\nInnovation & Best Practices\nStay current with learning and development trends, including digital tools, simulations, and industry certifications, to ensure training programs remain innovative and relevant.\n\nBenchmark and adopt best practices in training delivery, including the use of AR/VR, microlearning, and performance support tools.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.\n\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Front-End Semiconductor industry.\n\nExperience in Learning and Organizational Development is an advantage.\n\nTraining & Facilitation\nConfident in delivering and facilitating stand-up training; ACLP certification is a plus.\n\nSkilled in designing and implementing effective learning solutions.\n\nSkills & Attributes\nStrong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.\n\nExcellent communication skills: interpersonal, verbal, and written.\n\nAble to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.\n\nProactive, resourceful, and innovative with a passion for continuous learning and self-development.\n\nGlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
