For more information, visit www.gf.com.\nSummary of Role:\nGLOBALFOUNDRIES Fab 8 is seeking an experienced professional to support the 300mm semiconductor technology development integration team. The core responsibilities of this team involve ownership of process integration of a multi wafer solution from development, customer engagement to production. The ideal candidate can demonstrate a technical understanding of process integration and an understanding of a balanced scorecard approach to develop, sustain, and improve the technologies with quality, cost, and delivery all considered.\nEssential Responsibilities\nShows mastery and breadth of a technical discipline and is recognized within the company as an authority in his/her area(s) of specialization.\nInitiative and creativity result in high degree of innovation while showing the capacity to solve major problems of an advanced complexity affecting various departments and businesses.\nSolves complex, novel and non-recurring problems.\nLeading inventor on a few patents.\nLead on several conference or journal publications.\nOther Responsibilities\nLeads complex, strategic and business critical projects or initiatives.\nCoaches and mentors less experienced staff; influences others as a technical leader.\nParticipates in and leads cross-functional teams across sites.\nRequired Qualifications\nIncreased knowledge plus broader technical knowledge in areas outside of his or her area of expertise.\nRequires a technical (University) degree.
