We are seeking candidates with a strong passion for new technologies and advanced manufacturing, as we continue our Industry 4.0 Digitalization journey using technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, robotics, big data analytics and more.\nWhat you will do\nUPW and M&E Operations and E-Logging, SCADA monitoring from FMS of cleanroom facilities and maintain contaminations free manufacturing environment.\n\nCarry out Preventive Maintenance for Mechanical, Electrical, UPW, WWTP, Burn Box, and exhaust ducting systems logging.\n\nCarry out supervision and coordination work with vendors on Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance and Ad-hoc Maintenance.\n\nAssist to Engineer on Mechanical, Electrical, UPW, WWTP and system trouble shooting such as Fire alarm and protection system, VSD, UPS, Emergency genset, process exhaust system etc..\n\nAssist Engineer in general mechanical repair works such as motors, pumps bearing replacement, pumps mechanical seal replacement, heat exchanger cleaning, pump overhaul etc.\n\nAssist Engineer in general electrical repair work such as FFU, PS4, MCCB replacement, VSD capacitors, cooling fans replacement etc.\n\nAssist Engineer in UPW, WWTP, repair works such as RO pump, reclaim pump, loop pump, sump pump, diaphragm pump bearing replacement etc.\n\nAssist Engineer in Mechanical & Electrical predictive maintenance work such as vibration monitoring, IR Thermal scanning.\n\nAssist Engineer in Corrosion control program such as piping thickness monitoring, corroded piping replacement, painting of piping and equipment structure in cooling tower, scrubber yard, roof top area.\n\nSpecialize in one of the M & E, UPW, WWTP, STP systems to improve, enhance PM activities and provide suggestion on system design.\n\nAttend all schedule training for GlobalFoundries compulsory courses and in-house training conduct by vendors.\n\nParticipate in weekly meeting for job planning, outstanding works/issues discussion and share knowledge and group discussion on resolving issues or incident.\n\nPrepare daily Permit to Work and verify on site and ensure good housekeeping before and after maintenance works.\n\nEnsure safety regulations are complied.\n\nAssist Engineer in upkeep and maintain of spare parts, inventory audit and CMMS work.\n\nWhat You Will Need\nITC / Diploma / Degree course (Mechanical / Electrical & Controls / Chemical Engineering\n\nAt least 3 years of work experience on M & E or UPW system\n\nGlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
