For more information, visit www.gf.com.\nSummary of Role\nThis role will be responsible for ensuring seamless financial integration of acquired entities, consolidating financial data, and aligning accounting processes in compliance with company and regulatory standards.\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team with a primary focus on M&A integration activities from a Record-to-Report (R2R) perspective. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless financial integration of acquired entities, consolidating financial data, and aligning accounting processes in compliance with company and regulatory standards.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nLead R2R workstreams for M&A integration, including chart of accounts alignment, general ledger consolidation, and financial close processes.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.\nDevelop and implement standardized accounting policies and procedures across newly acquired entities.\nSupport due diligence, post-acquisition financial analysis, and the preparation of management and regulatory reports as needed.\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit standards throughout the integration process.\nOther Responsibilities\nJob Complexity:\nWorks on projects, assignments, and problems of moderate scope.\nAnalyzes situations or data, reviewing a variety of factors to inform decisions.\nExercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.\nProactively solves a range of straightforward problems as they arise.\nAccountability:\nReceives general guidance on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.\nMakes decisions within own function, with limited impact beyond the department.\nFocuses on cost management and initiates improvements impacting work and financial goals.\nLeads small local projects, managing resources and timelines effectively.\nRelationship Focus:\nBuilds productive internal and external working relationships.\nExchanges detailed and complex information with colleagues and external contacts.\nNetworks globally within own and other functions as needed.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nGrowing expertise and proficiency in accounting and R2R processes.\nAbility to apply company policies and procedures to resolve various issues.\nGeneral business understanding and strong cost awareness.\nEffective communication skills in business English; additional language skills relevant to the local geography are an advantage.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.\n5+ years of relevant accounting experience, with exposure to M&A integration preferred.\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\nDemonstrated ability to manage projects and work collaboratively across functions.\nExpected Salary Range\n$59,000.00 - $103,000.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.\nIf you need a reasonable accommodation for any part of the employment process, please contact us by email at  let us know the nature of your request and your contact information.
