As a Senior Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring repeatability and reliability of the testing results for PDK development and customer testing service. You will be responsible for establishing test plans and procedures. You will work closely with designers, to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues through the development lifecycle.\nJob Descriptions:\nResponsible to test and characterize optoelectronics devices at chip level and wafer level by following process documentation and equipment operating instructions.\nAnalysis the data, generate the test reports with measurement results and hold reviews with related stakeholders in a timely manner.\nMaintenance test setups as well as liaise with vendors to do the calibration.\nSupport the adaptation of equipment from hands-on process measurement to high-volume automatic manufacturing test platforms\nCollaborate with project team members to ensure device meets specification and verify device's performance\nPerforms other duties as assigned.
