For more information, visit www.gf.com.\nIntroduction:\nGIGA+ Fab (200mm) is seeking an experienced and motivated Lithography Process Engineer to become part of our Operations & Unit Module Team, supporting daily operations & projects in CMOS, Photonics & Power platforms.\nJob description:\nStartup and qualify new process and new equipment within scheduled timeline. Work closely with Equipment Engineer on new equipment acceptance\n\nTroubleshoot process issues (daily operations sustenance) and initiate/drive complex projects to improve yield/quality, cost & manufacturing KPIs in Lithography\n\nAnalyze data from pass down to identify chronic process issues, establish improvement programs and resolve them. Act as technical consultant to AEs. Perform tasks without error.\n\nTo work with Process Integration/Yield Enhancement teams to improve the process stability and process margin, achieve good quality process and cost-effective production.\n\nAnalyze SPC/SEC charts, review split lots, DOE data, ET, sort yield using JMP & other in-house systems.\n\nRaise PCRB and understand the requirement for PCRB opening, follow through with qual plan, analyze data using required software and CR closure.\n\nFollow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, or spec update with ECN\n\nTo keep projects/investigations on track and report progress/roadblocks to your manager\n\nTo author technical papers internally or externally to improve industry knowledge\n\nResponsible and accountable for complying with and implementing environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work, thereby maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nDegree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Science, Solid State Physics or other relevant engineering or physical science disciplines is required\n\nAt least 3-4 years working experience in Lithography in 200mm or 300mm fabs preferred\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with different cultures\n\nWillingness to work on weekend swing shift (Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat) and support overtime as per business needs\n\nGood ownership & accountability, self-motivated, meticulous and discipline\n\nCollaborative\n\nGlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
