The successful candidate will be responsible to oversees the operation of Quality systems relating to manufacturing and engineering processes, maintains compliance and procedures to achieve high-quality products. This position is based at our GlobalFoundries office at Singapore\nCandidates without prior work experience are welcome to apply. Comprehensive training and development will be provided.\nEssential Responsibilities include:\nEnsure compliance and consistent execution according to documented quality systems (PCRB / MRB / ICAR / ISHARE / FMEA / Calibration)\nCustomer specific requirement (CuSR) execution and compliance enforcement\nTimely tracking of operational activities to ensure no delay according to schedule. (Validation, facilitation, system closure/ lot disposition, action item tracking)\nTimely tracking and publishing operational KPIs and customer reports.\nPerform investigation into quality related incidents.\nParticipation in continuous improvement activities to improve system/workflow robustness, overall quality, speed, and cost of operations.\nAnalyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and work with business functions to implement corrective actions.\nReady to get certified as Auditor and support the organization as Internal Auditor\nOther Responsibilities:\nPerform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.\nRequired Qualifications:\nMaster/bachelor’s degree in engineering or science\nFast learner, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior related internship or co-op experience\nPrior related work experience in quality assurance, process improvement, SPC or related field, high-tech and/or semiconductor experience\nDemonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.\nProject management skills, i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.\nStrong interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support effective decision-making.\nHands on experience on problem solving/troubleshooting skills\nWorking knowledge of ISO9001:2015/IATF16949\nAuditor experience or certified ISO/IATF/VDA Auditor\nGlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
