For more information, visit www.gf.com.\nIntroduction:\nAs an IP Program Manager within the GF Power BCDx organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that IPs meet the technical, quality and schedule requirements for customer products. This role focuses on cross-functional communication, working directly with customers and internal process and design engineering teams, operations, legal and third-party vendors to coordinate releases and drive, track and resolve issues associated with IP development, design integration and silicon validation. A solid understanding of analog and/or digital IP development workflows, post-silicon validation, testing and qualification will be essential for success in this role.\nYour Job:\nWork closely with silicon engineering teams to coordinate high-level milestones for IP development and integration \nAbility to multi-task and manage IPs across several projects simultaneously \nDrive resolution of technical and post-silicon issues between cross-functional teams and external IP providers \nPlanning and tracking silicon validation schedule, testplan reviews and spec signoff with cross-functional teams \nCoordinate meetings with process engineering, IP development teams, vendors, and IP consumers to resolve technical/schedule issues \nAssemble regular project status presentations for cross-functional executive reviews \nFocused issue reporting, bug tracking and communication of program risks and status \nIdentify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution \nRequired Qualifications\nMaster’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical field \n6+ years’ experience in semiconductor industry \nPrior experience or formal training in project, program, or product management \nValidation Knowledge: Familiarity with the full IP lifecycle, including post-silicon validation and debug skills \nExperience working with IP vendors or IP providers \nHighly reliable and execution-focused, with disciplined follow-through on emails, action items, commitments, and details of every size \nStrong interpersonal skills - influence without authority \nExcellent communication (written and oral) skills - confidence in leading calls with various execs, technical experts, and/or vendors and customers. \nDetail-oriented - can identify what’s missing in planning and execution. \nResourceful - solves non-routine issues. \nPersonal and professional drive for continuous learning and improvement. \nAbility to distill complex issues and information into simple narratives. \nPreferred Qualifications:\n5+ years in program management in semiconductor industry \nStrong technical background with knowledge of semiconductor device physics and processes. \nStrong knowledge of the IP development process, tools/flows and methodologies, silicon validation of the IP and the life cycle in a SOC \nProficiency in Mandarin. \nPhD in technical field. \nHave a record of successfully delivering high-profile, complex technical projects against tight deadlines. \nExperience leading initiatives, onboarding, and mentoring other peers. \nGlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
