The integration engineer’s responsibility involves several technology stages and areas, typically involve in cross-functional team, ensuring smooth transition from process installation, qualification to full production. Here’s a general breakdown of responsibilities:\nTechnology Transfer: Well verse of cross fab technology transfer methodology and diligently follow BKMs\nRelationship Management: Build and maintain a strong relationship with receiving fab in meeting project goals.\nDiligently follow technology transfer methodology & BKM.\nEnsure that the transferred process is ready for large-scale production.\nAct as the bridge between POR and Receiving fab.\nQuality Assurance (QA) & Control: Ensure the process meets quality and reliability standards.\nTraining & Documentation: Train receiving fab staff on the transferred technology and ensure that all documentation is up to date.\nContinuous Improvement & Scaling: After the initial tech transfer, continuous improvement efforts are crucial for scaling up production.\nIn a semiconductor fab, seamless integration is vital. The tech transfer process requires close coordination across these functional areas to minimize downtime, ensure quality, and optimize production efficiency.\nYour Job:\nTech Transfer workshop coordination of respective loops (FEOL, NVM, MOL, BEOL)\nFacilitate process route, reticles, starting material, process, metrology recipe, qual plan and electrical test program transfer from POR fab\nCoordinate of integrated loop level tech transfer meeting\nCoordinate integrated short loop flow & lot exchange between POR and receiving fab\nConduct recipe matching activities at loop level (Electrical of device & reliability, Physical, defect density). Resolve integrated loop level process mis-matching issue\nRecipe control, release and change management\nManaging the transfer process, ensuring that all technical documentation, such as process flows, recipe details, and equipment specifications, is transferred\nTo work closely with receiving fab to resolve challenges surfaced up during process installation, qualification and product yield and ramp\nTo coordinate pre-ramp workshops for process frozen and risk production phase\nBuild and maintain strong relationship with receiving fab in meeting the project goals\nQualify and pass loop level reliability requirement with comparable performance to POR fab\nMatch device / PEX model of POR fab\nMatch IP performance of POR fab\nCustomer First: To manage and deliver customers’ needs and expectations by working closely with receiving fab, POR fab and customers\nCustomer audit: Work closely with the quality department of both POR and receiving fab to deliver successful audit for product pre-launch \nOther Responsibilities:\nPerform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.\nSupport diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging (DEIB) and our company’s ESG vision and goals.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or higher with experience in the semiconductor industry (Process Integration and yield) or related field\nMinimum 5-10 years of experience in strategic partnerships or product development within the semiconductor industry or related technology sectors.\nProven track record of successfully managing complex partnerships and driving business growth.\nStrong understanding of the semiconductor market dynamics in Greater China.\nExcellent negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills\nProvide consistent and clear communication between all project stakeholders and report on progress to the senior leadership team.\nAbility to work both independently as well as collaboratively with international and diverse teams and with multiple levels of management.\nFluency in Mandarin (Chinese) and English is required, written & verbal.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProduct management and domain knowledge of automotive, IoT and consumer electronic systems\nUnderstanding of advanced CMOS, power application, embedded NVM processes features\nExperience managing automotive quality issues and supply chain\nStrong team player with a positive attitude and proactive work ethic.
