This role requires an organized individual with strong communication skills. The individual will have responsibilities to characterize signals from all sources (wafer test, kerf test, and inline), define and drive yield improvement projects while balancing the business objectives. The individual will be responsible for working across multiple teams within and outside of GLOBALFOUNDRIES and have both direct and indirect communication with customers.\nEssential Responsibilities include:\nMonitoring electrical performance tends, disposition of holds at electrical test, support general/urgent fab operational issues, analysis for material and change review board, abnormal product investigations, yield analysis, improvement plans\nSupport process module engineering activities to improve cost, cycle-time, and manufacturing robustness\nDevelop and improve yield characterization and data analysis methodologies to rapidly determine yield limiters, correlation to in-line defectivity, and electrical parametric signals\nOther Responsibilities:\nPerform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.\nRequired Qualifications:\nB.S. in Electrical/Computer Engineering\nUnderstanding of semiconductor technology, solid state device physics\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a globally matrixed team or environment\nAggressive learner and a strong team player, excellent analytical skills, on-time delivery of assigned work\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior related internship or co-op experience\nDemonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.\nProject management skills, i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nStrong planning & organizational skills\nExperience - 1+ years experience in semiconductor industry\nCustomer facing experience is a plus\nExpected Salary Range\n$20.00 - $40.00\nExpected Salary Range\n$0.00 - $0.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.\nIf you need a reasonable accommodation for any part of the employment process, please contact us by email at  let us know the nature of your request and your contact information.
