You will design and build the user-facing interfaces that enterprise procurement leaders, category managers, and finance teams interact with daily. Your work sits at the intersection of complex business workflows and AI-powered automation - making sophisticated capabilities accessible without sacrificing precision or performance.\nYou will work closely with product, design, and backend engineers to ship features across our core platform products, and you will be expected to actively leverage AI tools throughout your development workflow.\nWhat You Will Do\nBuild and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript\nTranslate complex procurement workflows - sourcing events, supplier evaluations, negotiation stages - into clear, functional UI\nIntegrate AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent) as a standard part of your engineering practice - not an afterthought\nCollaborate with backend engineers to define and consume APIs that power real-time sourcing data and agentic workflows\nContribute to component library and design system development, maintaining consistency across a multi-product platform\nWrite unit and integration tests and participate in code review with a focus on reliability and maintainability\nIdentify and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks in data-intensive views\nParticipate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and architecture conversations alongside senior engineers\nWhat You Bring\n5+ years of professional experience in frontend software engineering\nStrong proficiency in React and TypeScript; experience with modern state management patterns\nDemonstrated use of AI coding assistants in day-to-day development - you treat these tools as force multipliers, not novelties\nSolid understanding of web performance fundamentals: rendering behavior, bundle optimization, lazy loading, and caching strategies\nExperience consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs and handling asynchronous data flows\nFamiliarity with design systems and component-driven development\nClear written and verbal communication - you can articulate technical tradeoffs to non-engineering stakeholders\nNice to Have\nExperience building enterprise B2B products with complex data models or multi-step workflows\nExposure to AI/ML-powered product features (streaming responses, model outputs in UI, confidence indicators)\nFamiliarity with agentic systems or workflow automation platforms\nWhy Globality \nWe're early to a massive shift.
