lifecycle.\n\n- Collaborate with developers and product managers to troubleshoot and resolve reported issues.\n\n- Validate application functionality across different browsers, devices, and operating environments.\n\n- Perform API testing to validate endpoints, response codes, data accuracy, and system integrations.\n\n- Conduct database testing and validate data integrity using SQL queries.\n\n- Participate in requirement reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning meetings.\n\n- Ensure test coverage and maintain test documentation, reports, and execution results.\n\n- Work within Agile/Scrum development environments and participate in daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.\n\n- Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, quality standards, and overall testing efficiency.\n\n- Provide regular updates on testing progress, defect status, and quality metrics.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications :\n\n- 5 - 10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.\n\n- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.\n\n- Hands-on experience in functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.\n\n- Expertise in preparing test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test reports.\n\n- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Zephyr, or similar platforms.\n\n- Knowledge of API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.\n\n- Good understanding of SQL queries and database testing.\n\n- Experience in web application and mobile application testing.\n\n- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\n\n- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\nPreferred Skills :\n\n- Exposure to automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.\n\n- Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.\n\n- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and testing integration.\n\n- Exposure to performance and load testing tools such as JMeter.\n\n- Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments and
