Full Time\n\nRole Overview:\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Solution Architect with 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology, solution architecture, digital transformation, cloud and AI-led solutions.\n\nThe role is suitable for both strong technical architects and techno-functional/solutioning professionals who can understand business requirements, translate them into scalable technology solutions and work closely with engineering, product, business and client teams.\n\nThe candidate will be responsible for defining end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications and AI platforms, supporting modernization initiatives, and driving technology solutions across AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Cloud, Full-Stack Applications and Distributed Systems.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for enterprise applications and digital platforms.\n\n- Understand business requirements, functional needs, technical constraints and existing technology landscapes to define appropriate target architecture, solution designs and transformation approaches.\n\n- Analyze application dependencies, system integrations, data flows and technology gaps and recommend modernization opportunities.\n\n- Design scalable, reusable and modular solutions across cloud, applications, APIs, data and AI platforms.\n\n- Work with technical and business stakeholders to define solution roadmaps, architecture principles, implementation approaches and technology recommendations.\n\n- Drive AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives, including LLM/SLM-based solutions, Agentic AI, AI orchestration and production deployment.\n\n- Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve business processes, customer experience, application development and IT operations.\n\n- Work with data scientists, ML engineers and development teams to translate AI use cases into production-ready solutions with measurable business outcomes.\n\n- Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams on AWS/cloud architecture, APIs, distributed systems, DevOps, CI/CD, application modernization and production environments.\n\n- Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including scalability, performance, reliability, security, maintainability and extensibility.\n\n- Participate in architecture reviews, technical discussions, solution workshops, client presentations, requirement discussions and technology evaluations.\n\n- Communicate complex technical concepts and AI solutions clearly to CXO, business and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nRequired Technical & Functional Skills:\n\n- Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, System Design and Distributed Systems.\n\n- Experience with AWS and cloud-native architecture is required.\n\n- Good understanding of REST APIs, application integration, microservices and enterprise application platforms.\n\n- Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, Java or C/C++.\n\n- Exposure to LLM/SLM, Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI model serving, fine-tuning and AI orchestration is required.\n\n- Knowledge of TensorFlow/PyTorch, DynamoDB, Oracle PL/SQL, GitLab and DevOps/CI-CD will be an advantage.\n\n- Experience with Angular and Node.js is good to have.\n\nBusiness & Solutioning Skills:\n\n- Strong ability to understand business problems and convert them into technology solutions.\n\n- Experience in solution consulting, technical solutioning, architecture assessments, technology roadmaps, modernization strategies and client-facing solution discussions is highly desirable.\n\n- Candidates should be comfortable working across technical and business teams and influencing architecture and technology decisions without necessarily being hands-on developers.\n\nMandatory Requirements:\n\n- 8+ years of experience in Technology / IT Services / Software / Digital Transformation.\n\n- Strong experience in Solution Architecture / Technical Architecture / Enterprise Architecture.\n\n- Experience with Cloud/AWS and enterprise application architecture.\n\n- Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, LLM/SLM or Agentic AI.\n\n- Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs and modern application architecture.\n\n- Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\n- Experience in architecture design, solutioning and technology transformation.\n\nEducation:\n\n- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Technology, Business or a related discipline.\n\n- Relevant AWS, Cloud, AI, Enterprise Architecture or technology certifications will be an advantage.\nSkills\nSolution Architect, Technical Architect,
