code quality using ASP.NET Core, C#, MS SQL Server, and Azure Cloud.\n\n- AI Innovation : Architect and implement AI-driven features (e.g., predictive analytics, generative AI workflows, intelligent document extraction) to modernize retail logistics processes.\n\n- Integration Patterns : Design robust integration patterns for high-volume enterprise systems (Event-Driven messaging, RESTful APIs, ESB).\n\n- Hands-on Leadership : Conduct code reviews, establish technical standards, and drive active hands-on development.\n\nFunctional Ownership & Requirements Engineering : \n\n- Stakeholder Bridge : Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business vision into BRDs, functional specs, and user stories.\n\n- Current-State Mapping : Reverse-engineer legacy systems and document current-state architectures.\n\n- Workflow Engineering : Lead end-to-end business workflow design, system process mapping, and data flow definitions.\n\n- Backlog Management : Own and refine the product backlog, driving prioritization and sprint grooming.\n\nRetail Logistics & Systems Integration : \n\n- 3PL & WMS Alignment : Oversee data mapping and integration between ERP, Ecommerce, and 3PL / WMS platforms.\n\n- Enterprise Data Flow : Map and validate complex enterprise data flows (inbound/outbound logistics, inventory synchronization).\n\n- Testing & Quality : Lead SIT/UAT defect analysis and solution acceptance.\n\nKey Qualifications : \n\n- Technical Stack : ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, C#, MS SQL Server, RESTful APIs, Azure Cloud.\n\n- AI Expertise : Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Services, predictive logistics models, or LLM integration.\n\n- Domain Knowledge : Deep expertise in Retail, CPG, and Supply Chain Logistics.\n\n- Architecture : Proven background in Event-driven architecture, Message Bus, and API management.\n\n- Artifact Production : Ability to author SDDs, TDDs, BRDs, and process flow diagrams.\n\nCore Role Deliverables : \n\n- Software Design Documents (SDDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).\n\n- Integration & Data Mappings for ERP/3PL/WMS.\n\n- AI / ML Integration
