Globals is a CMMI Level 5 certified company. \nAbout the role\nGlobals is a defence-technology and cybersecurity company building secure systems across enterprise, space, drone, and AI domains. We are looking for a Project Manager with 7–8 years of relevant experience to manage multiple customer projects in parallel and own delivery from initiation through customer acceptance and closure. \nYou will be the primary point of contact for customers, turning requirements into clear delivery plans and keeping stakeholders informed. Working with technical leads and cross-functional teams, you will balance competing priorities, resolve dependencies, and keep scope, schedules, budgets, and customer expectations aligned. \nWhat you'll do\nOwn multiple projects in parallel, with clear plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and acceptance criteria for each engagement. \n\nLead customer kick-offs, progress reviews, and steering meetings; communicate status, decisions, risks, and next steps clearly and promptly. \n\nCoordinate technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders; resolve resource conflicts and competing priorities across projects. \n\nTrack schedules, effort, budgets, and delivery quality; identify variances early and drive corrective actions with accountable owners. \n\nMaintain risk, issue, dependency, and action logs; remove blockers and escalate with clear options and recommended next steps. \n\nControl scope changes by assessing impacts on effort, cost, and timelines, obtaining approvals, and updating agreed commitments. \n\nMaintain project reports and governance records; coordinate milestone sign-offs and invoicing readiness with internal teams. \n\nDrive customer acceptance, handovers, and closure; capture lessons learned and improve delivery practices across engagements. \n\nRequirements\n\nMust-have qualifications\n7–8 years of relevant project management or technology delivery experience, including ownership of customer-facing projects. \n\nProven ability to manage several concurrent projects with different teams, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. \n\nExcellent written and verbal communication, including customer presentations, executive updates, and difficult conversations. \n\nStrong planning, resource coordination, budget tracking, risk management, and change-control skills. \n\nWorking knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches, with practical use of Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar tools. \n\nAbility to translate technical updates into business implications, negotiate priorities, and drive actions to closure. \n\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience. \n\nNice to have\nExperience in IT services or consulting, managing delivery for external customers. \n\nExposure to cybersecurity, software development, cloud, or infrastructure projects. \n\nExperience coordinating distributed teams, delivery partners, and enterprise customers. \n\nFamiliarity with statements of work, service commitments, and milestone-based billing. \n\nExperience creating project dashboards and improving delivery governance. \n\nRelevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster. \n\nPrior exposure to defence, government, or other regulated customer engagements. \n\nPriority competencies\nThe strongest candidates will demonstrate depth across the following areas, with particular emphasis on concurrent delivery and customer communication: \n\nCompetency\nPriority\nManaging multiple concurrent projects \nCritical\nCustomer communication and relationship management \nCritical\nProject planning and milestone delivery \nHigh\nResource coordination and prioritisation \nHigh\nRisk, issue, and escalation management \nHigh\nScope and change control \nHigh\nBudget and effort tracking \nHigh\nStakeholder coordination and negotiation \nHigh\nProject reporting and documentation \nMedium\nAgile, Waterfall, and project management tools \nMedium\nTechnology services and domain experience \nBonus\nBenefits\n\nWhy Globals\nYou will help deliver technology and cybersecurity projects across enterprise and defence domains, working closely with engineering teams and customers.
