security and compliance by integrating DevSecOps practices, including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and secure pipeline configurations.\n\nParticipate in incident management and root cause analysis to enhance system reliability and uptime.\n\nMaintain detailed documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, monitoring configurations, and operational procedures.\n\nStay current with emerging technologies and best practices in DevOps, container orchestration, and observability.\n\nYêu cầu\n\n1–3 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or related roles with hands-on expertise in CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring.\n\nPractical experience with container technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or equivalent.\n\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).\n\nStrong knowledge of monitoring and observability concepts, including metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting.\n\nHands-on experience with monitoring stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, or equivalent.\n\nProficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation.\n\nBasic understanding of Linux systems and networking.\n\nGod communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\n\nEagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.\n\nPreferred Skills\n\nExperience with GitOps practices and tools.\n\nKnowledge of security best practices in CI/CD pipelines and container environments (DevSecOps).\n\nFamiliarity with distributed systems and microservices architectures.\n\nExperience with alerting tools and incident management workflows.\n\nExposure to cloud-native environments and multi-cloud deployments.\n\nAbility to define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and error budgets\n\nPriority is given to candidates with a degree in Information Technology or related fields from member universities of Vietnam National
