With operations spanning 100+ countries, the company focuses on reliable technology delivery and efficient global IT operations.\n\nJob Summary:\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across global environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in network engineering, network management tools, and operational support, preferably with experience in Juniper switching, Juniper Mist Wireless, Fortinet SD-WAN, and Cradlepoint routers. The role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, a proactive approach to network operations, and flexibility to work in rotational shifts aligned with global service requirements.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance.\n\n- Configure, maintain, and support network devices, including switches, wireless infrastructure, SD-WAN solutions, and routers.\n\n- Work with Juniper switches, Juniper Mist Wireless, Fortinet SD-WAN, and Cradlepoint routers.\n\n- Utilize network management systems, monitoring platforms, and operational tools to identify and resolve network incidents.\n\n- Perform root cause analysis (RCA), incident management, and problem resolution to minimize network downtime.\n\n- Monitor network health, performance metrics, alerts, connectivity, and service availability.\n\n- Coordinate with internal IT teams, global stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to resolve complex network issues.\n\n- Follow established incident, change, escalation, and service management processes.\n\n- Maintain accurate technical documentation, troubleshooting records, configuration details, and incident reports.\n\n- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to network reliability, monitoring, and operational efficiency.\n\n- Participate in shift handovers, scheduled maintenance, and weekend support rotations as required.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n\n- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Network Engineering, Network Operations, or Network Infrastructure Support.\n\n- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking concepts, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.\n\n- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools, network management systems, and operational support platforms.\n\n- Experience with Juniper switches, Juniper Mist Wireless, Fortinet SD-WAN, and Cradlepoint routers is highly preferred.\n\n- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity, performance, availability, and configuration-related issues.\n\n- Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, escalation handling, and operational documentation.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.\n\n- Ability to work
