This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers personalized expectations in this new technological era.\nYour day-to-day will include:\nManage collections for a portfolio of VIP clients across multiple countries, ensuring timely payments and building strong client relationships.\nPreparing and monitoring the collections forecast, identifying potential gaps and recommending corrective actions.\nPosting incoming payments in SAP and reviewing open items to keep accounts reconciled and up to date.\nAnalyzing exchange rate variances and their impact on collections and outstanding balances.\nTracking collections reports and KPIs, with a strong focus on DSO.\nSupporting the monthly close process by reconciling revenue recorded in SAP with the revenue forecast.\nPartnering with cross-functional teams on reports and other key tasks, bringing a broad and strategic view of the business.\nWhat will help you succeed:\nUniversity degree or current student in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.\nPrevious demonstrable experience in similar roles (collections, finance, or administration).\nKnowledge of SAP (not mandatory, is a plus).\nIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.\nExperience using AI tools.\nUpper Intermediate English level.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills.\nProactivity, agility, and ability to work under pressure.\nFocus on delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients\nThis job can be filled in Argentina#LI-Hybrid\nCreate with us digital products that people love.
