You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions that deliver measurable impact.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and product teams to understand business needs and define analytical solutions.\n\nPerform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.\n\nDesign, develop, and evaluate Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs).\n\nBuild and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and evaluate model performance, accuracy, and reliability.\n\nDevelop and deploy scalable ML solutions through APIs and batch-processing pipelines.\n\nImplement model testing, monitoring, and performance evaluation to ensure quality and reliability.\n\nOptimize model performance, inference latency, and computational costs.\n\nDocument methodologies, communicate findings, and translate complex technical insights into business recommendations.\n\nCollaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI and ML solutions into production environments.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n2+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or advanced analytics.\n\nStrong programming experience with Python and SQL.\n\nHands-on experience developing, training, and evaluating Machine Learning models.\n\nExperience working with large and complex datasets.\n\nKnowledge of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data mining techniques.\n\nUnderstanding of Deep Learning, Generative AI, and LLM-based applications.\n\nExperience with model evaluation, testing, and performance optimization.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with PySpark, Databricks, Apache Airflow, or other big data frameworks.\n\nKnowledge of MLOps practices and model deployment.\n\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n\nFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable ML infrastructure.\n\nExperience with RAG architectures, LLM evaluation, and hallucination mitigation.\n\nExposure to model optimization techniques such as quantization and parameter-efficient fine-tuning.\n\nExperience working on client-facing AI projects across different industries.\n\nFor additional information regarding benefits, please seethe Globant Experience Guide.\nAccommodations: If you have a need that requires an accommodation, please let us know by contacting the recruiting team at \nApplicant Privacy:Globant will collect and process your information as a part of this application should you choose to submit it.
