We seek a DevOps Engineer (Vietnamese Only) who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
You will get the chance to:
- Architect, deploy, and migrate workloads into enterprise-grade Landing Zones following Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) standards. Define management group hierarchies, subscription/account structures, and environment segmentation (dev/test/prod)
- Develop and maintain IaC templates using Terraform and/or Bicep/ARM. Manage state files, moduleversioning, and reusable component libraries. Ensure all infrastructure changes are tracked in version control.
- Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies across cloud tenants. Integrate with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID, leverage Managed Identities, define custom roles, and enforce least-privilege principles at scale.
- Design hub-and-spoke or Virtual WAN network topologies. Configure virtual networks, subnets, peering, Private Endpoints, NSGs, route tables, firewalls (Azure Firewall), and hybrid connectivity (VPN/ExpressRoute).
- Implement cloud security baselines: Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, encryption at rest and in transit, key vault management, and security posture monitoring. Ensure alignment with CIS Benchmarks and organizational security standards.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent) for infrastructure deployments. Implement automated testing, drift detection, and pipeline approvals for production changes.
- Set up centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or third-party tools (Datadog, Grafana). Define dashboards, alert thresholds, and on-call runbooks.
- Implement tagging strategies, budgets, and cost allocation policies. Identify optimization opportunities and produce cost reports for stakeholders.
- Produce architecture decision records (ADRs), runbooks, and technical documentation. Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions and mentor junior engineers on cloud best practices.
- Work closely with security, networking, development, and business teams to translate requirements into cloud solutions. Participate in daily syncs, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
What will help you succeed:
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure engineering (Azure)
- Proficiency with Terraform; experience with Bicep/ARM is a plus
- Deep understanding of Azure Landing Zone design (Management Groups, Subscriptions, Policies)
- Hands-on experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, Managed Identity, RBAC, Conditional Access, and PIM
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Cloud (policy assignment, security recommendations, compliance dashboards)
- Experience designing hub-and-spoke or Virtual WAN network topologies
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar)
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation tasks
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows and branching strategies
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
